You can do both lips, or just the bottom or the top by as little or as much as you want.
Lip fillers are a non-surgical treatment. A topical anaesthetic cream and or a local anaesthetic injection can be used to numb the lips to reduce any discomfort. Longevity of the filler varies from 6-12 months depending on, but not limited too; choice of filler, UV exposure, lifestyle i.e.; smoking, alcohol, medication.
