CONSULTATION AND REVIEW SERVICE

Treatments require a consultation prior to having a treatment. This is to review your present and past medical history to ensure that the treatment is safe for you, and ensure that it is the most appropriate treatment to deliver the best results for you concerns.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Are available to purchase for any amount. Are valid for 6 months. Are non-refundable. Can only be used for treatments, they cannot be exchanged for money or used to purchase products.

PLEASE NOTE

A £50 deposit or more depending on your treatment will be required to secure your appointment which is redeemable when you receive your treatment.

Missed Appointments - We understand that everybody leads busy lives, but respectfully you must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment, so that we can offer that time slot to someone else, failing to notify us, you will be charged. Appointments not kept or cancelled less than 48 hours without prior notice must be paid for, clients on courses will automatically have a treatment deducted from their course.
